Shipping policy

All item prices exclude delivery. For orders less than £20 we add £1.99 for Standard delivery within UK. All orders above £49 are eligible for free standard delivery. The above charges apply to most of mainland Britain. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland may be more. We will contact you before dispatching your order if this is the case. 

Delivery

We will either use UPS or the Royal Mail depending on the size of the order. We also reserve the right to use any other courier of our choice under certain circumstances.  All the orders can be tracked and we will send out an email confirmation with the details of dispatch. We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days and expect to deliver your order in the UK within 2-3 working days after, although the majority of orders are delivered before this. Goods remain our responsibility, until they are delivered to you.
